Before you can start recruiting, you will be asked to create your job. Click the “XXX” button on the top left corner of our website and enter the details of your job. You will need to fill in the name of your business, what kind of position you are hiring for, what qualities you are looking for in a candidate, your email, and additional details. After you have made your payment, our system will start working on finding your next worker.

The system scans for relevant candidates and advertises the job. Interested candidates will be put in contact with you. They will go through a compatibility test for the job, created by an AI algorithm designed to find the best employee for you.
It is advised you notify us about candidate compatibility, since every time you use the system, it is getting more accurate and learns about your preferences.
Within a few hours from registration, you will receive an email with a username and password for the system.
